[AccessD] OT: VB.Net graphics

Are there any .net graphics gurus out there.  I need to learn how to display
a matrix of gif or bmp "icons" across a form surface.  Also it would be nice
to learn how to do layering such that I could have a single gif and turn on
/ off different icons for the same location.

Anyone with expertise in this area give me a shout please.
