Just an observation to something I read a few months back...no judgment on
these statements one way or the other.

Apparently, Google's lawyers are hard at work trying to maintain "Google" as
a trademark.  I think the article was discussing the possibility that if
Google were to become too successful, people would start using Google as a
verb.  At that point, Google could lose their trademark much like aspirin
did years ago.
