To make that work without error, I think you can set up a Delegate in the Tools|Options|Delegates(Tab) to allow others to send email on your behalf. I'm getting my messages from my POP account but if I hit Reply (or New) there is no Send Using command and no option in the Customize toolbar dialog that I can see.
