Big THANK YOU for the JIT.  I have a form with a tab control with three
subforms.  The client has the BE on a server and their network isn't super
fast.  It was taking about 11 seconds to open the form.  I haven't tried it
there yet but on my box it would appear that the form now opens in 1/2 to
1/3 the time.

I'd like to show this at the next AUGSD meeting for my Coder's Corner
presentation if you have no objections.  With attribution, of course.
