[AccessD] OT - our website - IE5 users

Lembit and Jim,

I do not have IE5 anymore either so I cannot help in that respect.  But
for those that do have IE5, what should they be looking for that may not
be there?  Unless it is something obvious like a blank page, you may not
know something is missing unless you know what to look for.
