[AccessD] OT HTML Authoring

It's great but not WYSIWYG.

I used to use it before I got hooked on Dreamweaver.

Anyone know of a good simple HTML authoring tool that is free. Must be 
WYSIWYG. I am looking at free tools for students to use. Oh and cannot be 
Netscape.
