[AccessD] Import/Copy menu and toolbars

On the import dialog there's an options button, which leads to another
dialog that lets you specify what extras you want to import.

Dear List,

Try as I might I cannot find how to import or copy a menubar and/or a
toolbar fomr one db to another.  I have a dud AXP database from which I have
managed to recover everything but the customised menus and toolbars.

Is there a way to do this?
