[AccessD] OT: DSL/IIS/Viruses

PWS is a "cut down" version of IIS.  It has similar
functionality.  It *IS* hittable from outside of the
local box.  Meaning, that it is not a local only web
server.  You CAN connect to it from other machines,
just like IIS.
