[AccessD] Access 2003 integration problem with VSS

Good morning! I just got a shiny new development box at work and I'm
excited. So far the only snag is that my install of Access 2003
doesn't seem to recognize the Visual SourceSafe 6.0d installed on the
same machine.  Ordinarily, Access would display a Source Safe item on
it's Tools menu. Mine does not.

Is there a registry hack or some such that I need to put in place to
make these two play nicely together?
