Hi Phil: Check the following out in your registry. If a similar entry does not exist add this entry in, to the client stations: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSSQLSERVER\Client\ConnectTo]"MyServe r"="DBNMPNTW,MyServer" Had to run an automated process on almost sixty stations about a year ago. This was presumably fixed in MDAC 2.6 SP2 - but maybe only for Access 2000. It's still there for Access 2002! This problem is discussed in http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;279526 . Any help on this?
