I am between 1 and 2, in that I don't NEED the docs but I DO like to reference them just as my own personal double check, the way I look at it is, nobody's perfect so a quick reference helps assure me that all is done well. additionally there's NO WAY I can lock myself out of the database because I always create 2 MDW's, I haven't done security for and MDW for a while now tho (about maybe a year).

1) I am an Access security guru. I can quickly and easily lock a database
down so tight I can't even get back in. No help / books needed.
2) I am fluent with Access security. I can get the job done but it
definitely takes a few hours. I probably won't need the help / books.
