Sorry to play the pessimist, but there IS such a thing as a one-time
app: the one that doesn't work :-)

To put it another way, if you haven't got time to do it right, where
will you find the time to do it again?

There is no such thing as a one-time use application, trust me.  If it
works, they'll want to keep using it.
