[AccessD] chk File

Just a major HD glitch and I'm busy trying to recover my files.  I've got .chk file that simply contains the following:

Sub Main() 
DBEngine.SystemDB = "c:\windows\system\YourWorkgroupFile.mdw" 
DBEngine.DefaultUser = "brad" 
DBEngine.DefaultPassword = "orange" 
End Sub 

Does anyone have any idea if this is an actual complete file or just a lost piece of a file?
