[AccessD] Capture Milliseconds

Does anyone out there have a function
that will give you the milliseconds?
Specifically, what I am looking for
is a function that could calculate
the number of milliseconds from a
specific date and time to a specific
date and time where the time portion
is in milliseconds and not just seconds.
