[AccessD] Cost of Migrating to SQL Server?

Have an Access 2000 .mdb BE, that a client of a client wants to move to a
SQL Server.  It has an Access FE, and a small Web interface.  I'm just
looking for ball park costs to just do the table setup and data dumping into
SQL Server.
