[AccessD] bit quite today ? Scrolling Marquee

Hi Liam

There was a marquee.ocx included with the old versions of Internet
Explorer, version 3 and 4 I believe, thus with Win98 and WinNT too.

Don't know, however, if it could be of any use; I have never used it
for anything.
