There is also this one http://www.lebans.com/loadsavejpeg.htm But I don't think Intel's latest version of this dll lib is free Version 3.0 of Intel Integrated Performance Primitives http://developer.intel.com/software/products/ipp/ipp30/index.htm However the old one here works fine on Win XP.
