[AccessD] Office XP service packs

...I hate to tell you different Francisco but I have WinXP, OfficeXP, and
OE6 working just fine on multiple systems on and off networks ...don't know
where the "disabled" stuff is coming from but it certainly isn't so on my
systems :))))
