Debbie,
We also have 4 HP 8100Ns. Another thing to check, assuming it's a
networked printer are the drivers that the network folks loaded. You
can have PCL or Postscript or both. We had some problems with documents
created using a default printer as postscript and then having to print
it on a PCL printer when one of our print servers went South.

I am having a problem with this particular model of printer. We have
recently upgraded from Windows NT and Access 97 to XP and Access XP.
Using
NT and 97, this printer would print a particular report correctly, now
it
does not.

The report is landscape and legal size. The settings show landscape and
legal, but the print preview still shows portrait and letter. I can
force
the printer settings to landscape and legal, but the printing still cuts
off
to the size it should be for portrait letter and moves the rest of the
record to another page.

I have 3 printers of this model and all of them are doing this.
Printers of
other models are not having this problem. Any ideas what can be done to
fix
it?

Debbie
