[AccessD] Zip Code questions (was: Number vs text data type)

Since I have received numerous requests for the U.S. Zip Code database, I
would also like to mention that I have a Canadian Postal Code database
available too. Again, please email me off-line if you are interested. The
Canadian version does not have a form with CBF to populate the municipality
and province, but you can easily convert the code in the U.S. version to
handle that function.
