Hi Reuben, My ISP scans for viruses and deletes the email if it is just an automated type that contains no useable information. I appreciated that. However, then they started SPAM filtering, and many of my client's emails were held back as SPAM (false positives). At the time I worked mostly with government so I didn't get the connection at all. I still use the same ISP but I moved my domain to another hosting service which gave me more control over my company email. So now everything comes through and I filter it myself. The wierd thing is that I have never had a SPAM filter false postive for my personal email account, which is still with the original ISP email system.
