[AccessD] Import Wizard Import/Export Specs

They are in a couple hidden/system tables. Go into Options and select 
Display on Hidden and System tables and you will see them - in a database 
that HAS at least one. There is one table for the Spec Headers and another 
for the field detail. I think you can read them but not write to them. You 
can use them in queries.
