[AccessD] Eliminate Tool Bar

Dear List:

I eliminated the tool bar by using "Me.MenuBar = "=1"" in my form open event.  But it leaves this blank gray bar across the top of the screen between the blue application title bar and the blue form title bar.  

Is there a way to get rid of that entirely?
