I have started to rewrite an application in ADP which has been a bit of
a pain but today I had a mess about and created an MDB with a SQL ODBC
link to the data and on one particular form which has a filtered list on
it the ADP version is about 3 times slower and bringing the list in
where as the MDB with ODBC SQL link flies.
I'm lead to believe that a normal MDB when accessed across a network
will transport all the data to the local machine first before running is
this true of SQL link ?

Liam
