[AccessD] Creating PDFs

Sure, I'll have a search when I get back to work.  

I couldn't convince the boss to use them so we ended up using alternate
methods.  Hopefully still have the downloaded install packages somewhere.

There were errors like converting a bullet point to a character of some
sort.  Small things like that.

There are quite a few of these converters. Would it be possible for
you to tell which converters you have had problems with - that would
be useful information.
