[AccessD] Creating PDFs

Power PDF www.ptgsoftware.com has worked well except I have been unable to
get it to print mixed landscape and portrait documents.

There are quite a few of these converters. Would it be possible for
you to tell which converters you have had problems with - that would
be useful information.
