They are DBA's AccessD archives.

I don't think Drew archives all the lists.

The reason is that they aren't "our" archives.  They are DBA Archives
on
Drew's server.  Drew has agreed to host the archives so that DBA can
avoid
the cost of gigabytes of storage.
