You can use VBA within PP, so I would say the answer is yes.

Can I create a slideshow page in Powerpoint (running endlessly in show) that
displays a hitlist based on data  in a Access database.
 
The hitlist is dynamic, so each time the slideshow passes this slide in the
endless slide loop, it should show live data on screen.
The activity should be from Powerpoint, I mean by that that PP should get
the data in the MDB file and NOT Access pushing (exporting) the data.
