[AccessD] SubForm Disappears In Design View

Rocky,

After looking over TSI_Subforminator, I have
come to the conclusion that it has to do with the
Name AutoCorrect feature.

Apparently, it needs to open subforms live in order
to track the names. TSI_Subforminator appears to
update the name maps for the Access 2000 Name
AutoCorrect feature before opening a subform in
design view.
