I'm not exactly sure wich icon you want to get rid of
but:
1= minimize button
2= maximize button
3= close button
                 
Border Style  : Sizable : Dialog      : Dialog
Control Box   : Yes     : No          : Yes
MinMax Buttons: Both    : Both        : None
Close Button  : Yes     : Yes         : No
Result        : 1+2+3   : No controls : No controls
