[AccessD] text-to-speech?

I suppose it is possible to grab your incoming mail from Outlook into 
Access. Text to speech is easy
depending on the speech engine, I have written talking clocks in Access 
97. But writing the selection procedures from Outlook or rewinding to a 
particular point in the text for a long message
may not be non-trivial.
