[AccessD] Win2K Large Hard Disk Support

I installed SP4 and it MAY have prevented the correct install of SQL Server.

M$ now has SP4 ready for launch. I installed it with fanfare and all my
applications seem to work(?) There is a a bit in this article on how to
expand your partision size, in W2K:
