[AccessD] O2K Service Pack 3

Dream on, Stuart.  They're committed to browser-based stuff, whether it
makes sense or not.  It's one of the things they're promoting like mad
in O2003.

I have the same issue.  But since O2K help is less than useless I
haven't really bothered with pursuing it.  I still wish MS would go back
to the way O97 help worked.
