[AccessD] A summary of the great Open Source discussion

Hi All:

A couple of weeks ago, there was an Open Source debate encapsulated much of
the points of view that have been argued for years. I was so impressed, with
the conciseness and objectiveness of the discussion that I decided to put
the results in a single page and post the summary to the DBA web site. You
