[AccessD] Quick A2K3 question

I don't have it yet.  My understanding is that there is almost nothing
new in 2003, since it is still based on VBA6 and has no hooks to VB.net.
Raising custom events came in with 2002.

in Access 2003?  We have enums but can we raise events?  Can we design
