[AccessD] PrtDevMode in MDE

I am trying to  force some values into prtdevmode in a report at
runtime, but the code ive always used for this requires the report to be
manipulated in design view, which wont work in an MDE.
Specifically, there is a custom paper size on the pc (11 x 8.5) that I
want to hard-code to the report
Is there any way to do this in an MDE?
