...in XP, you can just open them in explorer ...it will display the avis in media player and use the MS Picture viewer to show the icons although, if your explorer is configured properly, each icon will be shown in the pane next to its file. ...don't much care for the avis but there are a number of well done and useful icons in there ...thanks for the link :) ...there is some code available for browsing/viewing the bitmapped files from within Access but I've not used it myself ...if that's what you were looking for I can e you a sample mdb.
