[AccessD] Print Previewing a form

Gustav,

  That works if I allow full menus.  If I don't, then I just get the preview
with no toolbar.  I can add a custom toolbar to the form with a preview
button, but when I preview I still have that same custom toolbar, since it's
the form that's open and not a report version of it.
