[AccessD] Scrolling in Code Window!!

Hi group,

This is something that will work in the code window, but what about 
scrolling on a form?  Can I use this on an Access form to scroll in a tree 
view control when I want to drag and drop from the top of one node to the 
top of another node.  The second node is below the window, and when I try to 
drop my item, moving my mouse down the form, I cannot go beyond the existing 
window.

Cannot find anything in the knowledge base that relates to this issue.
