[AccessD] Can't suppress subreport

Well, first, couldn't get the syntax right for setting the subreport
control's Visible property. Second, even so, it still left the space above
the record, so my feeling is this isn't about the control. Is it possible
that the report's Detail prints the subreport BEFORE it executes the Format
event? That's the only explanation I can come up with.
