If you set a reference to Microsoft Scripting Runtime then add the following code:
Dim fsys As New FileSystemObject
Dim dtProductsCSV As Date
Dim fProductsCSV As Object

Set fProductsCSV = fsys.GetFile(FilePath & FileName)
dtProductsCSV = fProductsCSV.DateLastModified
