[AccessD] Changing to newest version of ACCESS?

Joe,

Thank you for this information. I will make my client aware of this
opportunity.

As for now, I am going to continue to advise my client to leave things where
they are. The responses to my question have confirmed that there is no
reason to spend the money to upgrade at this time.
