[AccessD] References-Converted to 2k code stops on Usysreferencescheck module

Hi everyone!  Happy FRIDAY!

I'm using Gustav's code to check references in Access 97, and, it works
great in A97.  I'm using the code that runs via the autoexec from his
article in the Archives.  After converting to A2k (on the way to XP/2003),
the program dies during the execution of the autoexec when it hits the
code:

     DoCmd.OpenModule "Usysreferencescheck", ""

where Usysreferencescheck is an empty module.  Apparently A2k doesn't like
this.  There is no error or message, it just brings up the visual basic
editor and quits.

Or am I missing something else?
