[AccessD] Code to Close Temp Module from Gustav

Sorry it took so long, but that little code patch you posted on Friday to
close the VBE window in AXP/03 worked.  I don't have the email you posted
here or I would reference it.  The only change I had to make was to adapt
it to the code in my "autoexecs()" module from the Macro example you
wrote.
