[AccessD] Reference Material

MS has a something called the Office XP Web Component Toolpack.  The help
files are pretty good.  You can do some Very sophisticated graphing with
this tool, including drill-downs.

You can also set up a chart with your system's data, and let users customize
the chart to their heart's content.  But, there is a significant learning
curve, both for the developer and the user.
