[AccessD] SQL Server 2005 Express: No query governor

I'm talking about SQL Computer Manager. I can get sqlcmd up, but as soon as
I type, it closes. 

But it's fixed now -- no clue. I uninstalled and then reinstalled using
Windows Add/Remove instead of the install wizard that comes with the exe and
now it's there. 

Just odd -- I've worked with this for over a week. ;(
