[AccessD] Which Report Event to use. and related code XP

If the [txtnotes] are null, then would they not be not visible by
definition of null?  Set the field to allow it to shrink and the section
of the report containing the field to allow shrinkage and then no code
is needed (?)

          If is null [txtnotes] then

          [txtnotes].visible = false

 

I am thinking that should go into the on format event, but I do not see
that
event. This text box is part of a sub report so it needs to check this
for
each row in the report.
