[AccessD] callback functions

Susan,

  You can use them with DLL's and the Windows Common Dialog controls.  I've
never bothered though.  Always was uncomfortable with adding the AddressOf
hack to A97 and since then have not had the need to use it with A2000 and
up.

that YOU guys use them in Access. ;) I've only used them to populate list
