[AccessD] passing a value from report to form

AXP was the first version that had an OpenArgs for reports.

Are you opening the report from the form? If so, you can use OpenArgs --
2002 I think -- I really can't remember if it's in 2000 or not. OpenArgs
in reports came later than the form's version.
