Subquerries and union querries. Those are the only two 'skills' I can think of that Access won't outright do for you. After that, there is VBA. I know you said 'no programming', but I think everyone on the list, who has delved into VBA, would agree, that it's a vital skill. I personally don't know what I did before I knew VBA.
